1. Studio Rental Services

• Refunds for studio rentals are available if the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental time.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.
• In the case of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., technical issues with the studio equipment or unforeseen problems on our end), we will offer a full refund or reschedule the rental at no additional cost to you.

 

2. Production Services

• For production services (including video, photography, and editing services), refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled production date.
• Deposits made for production services are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled service.
• If you are not satisfied with the quality of the final product, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions. However, no refunds will be issued once the final product has been delivered and approved by the client.

 

3. Digital Products and Files

• Digital products, including any edited photos, videos, or other media provided, are non-refundable once delivered.
• If there is a technical issue or file corruption, we will provide support to resolve the issue or replace the file at no additional cost.

 

4. Refund Process
