Frequently Asked Questions - Refund Policy

What is your refund policy for studio rentals?

Refunds for studio rentals are available if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds. In case of technical issues on our end, we offer full refunds or free rescheduling.

Can I get a refund for production services?

For production services (video, photography, editing), refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days. Once final products are delivered and approved, no refunds are issued, but we work with you on reasonable revisions.

Are digital products refundable?

Digital products (edited photos, videos, media) are non-refundable once delivered. However, if there are technical issues or file corruption, we provide support to resolve the issue or replace files at no cost.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval to your original payment method.
