• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking for studio rental or production services.
• Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of any service. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your service.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Studio rental cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund (less the non-refundable deposit).
• Production services must be cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled date to receive a partial refund (less the deposit). Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled service will not be refunded.
• Creative Factory Jamaica Limited reserves the right to reschedule services in the event of technical difficulties or other unforeseen issues.

5. Use of Studio

• Studio rentals include the use of our equipment and facilities as per your booking agreement. Any damage to equipment or facilities during your rental will be charged to you.
• All clients must vacate the studio at the agreed-upon time. Overtime will be charged at an hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content produced by Creative Factory Jamaica Limited, including but not limited to video footage, photographs, and editing materials, is the intellectual property of Creative Factory Jamaica Limited until full payment has been received.
• Once payment is complete, ownership of the final product will be transferred to the client. Creative Factory Jamaica Limited retains the right to use any materials for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Liability

• Creative Factory Jamaica Limited is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur on our premises.
• We make every effort to ensure that our website and services run smoothly. However, Creative Factory Jamaica Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services, and we are not liable for any losses resulting from delays or downtime.
